SMALL GROUP training
Our Small Group Training is the most cost effective and fun way to train with Fury. This program blurs the line between a Personal Training session and class experience. The three big negatives of most "class" experiences are a lack of attention to form, a mindless class design and in it becomes easy to get lost in the shuffle. That will not happen here as each Small Group Training program can be adapted to meet you where you’re at.
Think of it as small group private training. We'll be using a combination of RKC Kettlebell Training, DVRT Ultimate Sandbags Training, Original Strength Movement Restoration and OS Indian Clubs to nail your goals. These are all training modalities that I travel the world teaching other coaches how to do. Now we get to do them together in Brooklyn.
Small Group Training is a great place to meet people with similar goals and interested. This is where we can make friends and get that sometimes needed extra motivation and accountability to show up. Showing up wins the day!
We currently offer two types of Small Group Sessions.
This interval based training session allows you to learn, master and progress the essential movements we perform at Fury Industries. Whether it's learning the kettlebell swing or building toward more advanced movements, Fury Foundations allows you to truly run your own race. *New Fury Crew members should make this their first training session with us.
Our Mighty Strong Class focuses on developing strength, building a reflexive core and moving in all planes of motion. Quality movement and mindful progressions on the journey to being your strongest self are the goals here. Mighty Strong, as with our other programs, can be adapted to meet you wherever you’re at.
